Temporary position with a strong possibility of a permanent contract

Fantastic offices in the heart if London, accessible from Mansion House, BANK and Liverpool Street Station.

Hybrid working policy, 50% office ad 50% WFH (some flexibility required during meetings and events)

As Administrative Assistant to the People Leadership Team (PLT), you will support several key stakeholders, along with other senior leaders within the People team function. You will help to assist with day-to-day administrative requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Coordinate internal and external meeting requirements
  • Arrange meeting rooms and any offsite events
  • Manage calendar set up and movement
  • Organise catering for meetings
  • Book flights, train tickets and hotels, both nationally and internationally as required
  • Research any visa requirements and assist with the application process
  • Prepare expense reports for SVP's
  • Attend team meetings and record actions when required
  • Admin support for any projects/initiatives
  • Preparing presentation slides
  • Set up new suppliers and raise purchase orders
  • General admin support to the team when needed

As this role is within the People team, you may from time to time be working with sensitive and confidential information and therefore discretion is paramount.

Skills Required

  • Previous experience of working within an administrative support role
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience managing diaries
  • Travel and expense management experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Naturally organised with a high level of attention to detail
  • Highly motivated and proactive
  • Good at problem solving with a 'get it done' attitude
  • Ability to cope with changing priorities ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Collaborative and team focused.
