Our client who is new to the area is now recruiting a newly created role to work closely with the Head of Finance.
This position is part-time (25 - 30 hours across 5 days) and will be site-based in newly refurbished offices based in Huntingdon. Duties will include.
- Raising sales quotes and invoices from sales orders
- Credit control
- Raising purchase orders and processing purchase invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Processing expenses
- Bank reconciliations
- Handling and resolving queries
- Assisting the Head of Finance with the smooth running of the finance function
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and will be looking for a part-time position.
Experience of Sage 50 would be a distinct advantage but strong Excel skills are essential.
Strong communication skills and experience working in a varied role are also key to the success of this role.
