This PA position will see you supporting the Operations Director and being involved with a variety of duties to ensure a high level of organisation and efficiency within the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking minutes in meetings
- Writing letters
- Diary management
- Office tours for new starters
- Supporting the health and safety manager with assessments
- Reporting on staff overtime
- Support with other administrative duties as required
Relevant experience and skills include:
- Previous PA experience
- IT literate and experience using Microsoft packages
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Based in Newmarket, this full-time position is offering up to £32,000pa depending on experience along with additional benefits.
