The One Group are pleased to be working with a global automotive consultancy business who specialise in the powertrain market across prototype engines, battery management systems and motors who are seeking a Product Test Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.

Working within a close knit research and development function within the business you will join a team of 4 engineers where you be responsible for performing tests and metrology measurements of bearings which will support materials research and development projects, benchmarking activities and production related issues.

Working within research and development you will have the opportunity to improve existing testing methods and test rigs focusing on development, acquisition and installing new test equipment to drive new testing methodologies and measurement development to meet future requirements across wear and friction measurements.

If you are an experienced Engineer who has worked across Research and Development when it comes to the testing of components, designing test rigs and analysing data this is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company who are at the forefront of what they do.
