The One Group are pleased to be working with a global automotive consultancy business who specialise in the powertrain market across prototype engines, battery management systems and motors are seeking a Test Technician to join the team on a permanent basis.

You will have the opportunity to join a leading engineering company who specialise in the design, development and integration of electrified powertrain systems and advanced internal combustion engines, with this in mind you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting projects across ICE's and battery technologies.

Working within the Build and Test department which is responsible for the build and test of prototype engines, batteries, and motors to lead research and development of cutting-edge technologies. As a Test Technician you will be responsible for fitting instrumentation to propulsion systems (engines, batteries and motors), rigging of systems and running the test facility.

My client is looking for individuals who are apprenticeship trained or time served within a propulsion testing facility, strong diagnostic skills and an enthusiasm to work on technologies for the future.
