The One Group are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join an established business in Peterborough on a full time, temporary basis. This business have recently had a new acquisition and are currently updating systems and therefore need some additional support.
This role would see you working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 9am-5.15pm & Fridays 9.00am - 4.00pm.
The assignment is likely to last 2-3 months.
The successful candidate will have experience within accounts payable already, and will be able to hit the ground running with the responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Register invoices (100+ daily)
- Send invoices out for approval & chase approval
- Process supplier queries
- Produce weekly reconciliations to support suppliers on the payment run
- Download various invoices from supplier websites
- Scan in any paper-based invoices
- Assist with setting up new suppliers
- Assist with collection of documents for audit
