Are you a QA that is tired of working weekends?
Then look no further here at The ONE GROUP we are working with one of the UK's leading Food Contract manufacturers that are looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant to join a well-established team to contribute towards the high-quality production services to their customers.
This exciting role is split over two shifts that you will rotate on a weekly basis, one week you will work 5:45am - 2pm then the next you will work 1:45pm - 10pm and continue to rotate.
Key Duties
- Monitor the production processes whilst performing relevant checks at random for legal food safety and specification compliance.
- Conduct relevant audits, such as glass, traceability & paperwork as per schedule.
- Verify / calibrate balances, pH meters, refractometers, and other daily used equipment.
- Carry out intake / outload checks aligned with customer requirements and sending micro samples as required.
- Monitor hygiene in production including ATP swabbing prior to line runs.

Previous experience working in quality within the food industry would be preferred.
