Position: Account Manager

Responsibilities: As an Account Manager, you will be a key player within the sales team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on driving sales, understanding client needs, and ensuring the seamless integration of their automatised AI solutions. The beautiful positioning of this company is that your leads will come to you, currently they have too many leads to handle which is where you will come in. Your main task will be to follow up on enquires, recommendations and leads and bring them across the line meaning there is no cold calling for you, just the good bit of developing a new client and looking after them in the long term!

Key responsibilities include:

Customer Identification: Understand your customer needs, explain processes and areas of improvements AI can support with their current business model

Account Management: Oversee, help, support and advise your clients with the help of the development team

Negotiation: Set up new and monitor existing contracts, new negotiations and re negotiations for renewals

Client Engagement: Nurture and expand existing client relationships. Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and act as a trusted advisor.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical and marketing teams, to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the AI or technology sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to build relationships that last

Understanding of AI technologies and their applications is a plus.

Remote: Need I say more? You will be required for team meet ups and client visits from time to time but the majority of your working time will be from home.

You must be comfortable commuting to the Peterborough area, their clients are within a 25 mile radius and you will be visiting them as required, along with the aforementioned team meet ups.
