This is a family run business based near Ely, Cambridgeshire and they are looking for a motivated and determined individual to join them on a temporary-permanent basis. The hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm based in the office and will be paying between £18,000-£22,000pa dependent on experience.
This position will be part Office Support and part Sales with a sprinkling of Accounts - full training will be provided in all of these areas.
Within this role you may be:
- Welcoming Visitors
- Answering the telephone
- Ordering materials
- Assisting engineers with job packs
- Helping with deliveries, collections & returns
- Updating internal CRM systems
- Processing and updating Xero transitions
- Processing purchase orders from clients to suppliers
- Dealing with administration behind invoicing and statements
- Completing quotes
- Speaking to customers and clients via phone, e-mail and face-to-face
The ideal candidate will possess fantastic people skills, along with an eye for detail and the ability to communicate across all levels.
You will have a dedicated and experienced mentor who is prepared to spend time training you to ensure you can carry out the job to the best of your ability.
