They now have a great opportunity for a Sales and Customer Service Administrator to join their welcoming team on a 12 month FTC, the role is diverse with no day being the same.

What your role will involve;

  • Answering calls from customers and ensuring they are directed to the right department.
  • Sending out email campaigns and assisting with social media campaigns.
  • Reporting snag issues to the required teams.
  • Liaising with estate agents on the sale of properties or documention needed.
  • Making up of handover documents.
  • Ensuring all contracts are signed by the relevant directors and senior management.
  • Updating the in-house database.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration at a high level, excellent customer service skills, and love working in a team.
