Working for this family run company you will be processing the sales orders, supporting the team, checking orders and handling customer calls. The great part about this role is the team and how stable they are with people staying long term in roles creating a good working atmosphere and lots of experience for you to learn from!
Based in March paying up to £24,000 ideally you will have worked in an electrical background before but this is not essential as full training will be provided.
Within this role you will:
Processing sale orders
Handling customer enquires
Taking shared responsibility of the sales inbox
Answering emails
Putting orders though the system
Checking your team's order to ensure they are correct
Paying attention to all the details on orders
Checking pricing as these can change regularly
Administration duties relating to the sales order
Processing scanned details onto your systems
To be considered for this role you will have administration experience and will ideally have been involved in order processing for an electrical business but we are far from ideal at the moment so we will be open on industry experience. if you have order processing skills and would be keen to work for a very stable and secure business who are family owned and not a corporate giant then I would love to hear from you.
