Candidate requirements: * exemplary customer service skills * high level of accuracy & attention to detail * excellent administrative & organisational skills * ideally located in Watford area * ability to work under pressure & to deadlines * ability to work independently & as part of a team * experience of working in a fast-paced environment * proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
