If you are a HR Advisor with a minimum of 3 years experience supporting employees and managers by addressing and resolving ER issues and queries, looking for a new and exciting challenge, please read on.
This is a hybrid working role and will require travel to the Peterborough office 3 days a week with 2 working from home days (approx. subject to business needs).
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be pro-active and confident in your ability to influence and guide on HR issues, policy and processes. You will also need comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law along with strong conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
You will be advising on complex ER issues, taking end to end ownership of assigned cases and providing commercially focused operation HR support to the wider business.
Assisting in the delivery of initiatives and building strong internal stakeholder relationships will be a large part of this role.
Excellent communication skills, strong IT skills and the ability to prioritise workload and adapt to change quickly are essential.
