This Marketing Agency have won multiple awards in recognition for their efforts in creating campaigns for clients within the Financial Services and Gaming Industries.

As part of their efforts to grow their team and expand their clientele, this Agency are searching for a Senior Paid Media Manager to support the delivery of their campaigns.

Working as part of a wider team, you will work on key-client accounts to to execute Paid Search, Display, and/or social advertising strategies. This is a hands-on role where you will be given the opportunity to own the strategy for a range of clients and projects, having a real impact on their performance. As a company, this Agency encourages their employees to take an entrepreneurial approach as they welcome fresh concepts and ideas for development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimise paid media campaigns efficiency and increase conversions.
  • Manage the day-to-day communication with clients, building and maintain good working relationships.
  • Ensure PPC best practices are implemented throughout all managed campaigns and for direct line reports.
  • Ensure that spend and performance are closely monitored against KPIs.
  • Conduct daily checks on accounts to identify issues / opportunities.
  • Maintain professional certifications (e.g., Google ads Certification).
  • Contribute to internal team meetings, and other groups e.g., Focus Groups and culture initiatives.
  • Provide clients with campaign insights and strategic advice.
  • Provide campaign reporting, as per agreed client plans.
  • Work with the Head of Paid Media to develop strategy plans for your clients.
  • Manage up to 2x line reports on their development and support work.
  • Liaise with Platform partners e.g., Google, Facebook and/or LinkedIn strategists, as required.

Desired Skills:

  • At least 3+ years' experience in paid search and/or social media advertising, preferably agency-side.
  • Have plenty of experience in campaign creation and management on Google or Facebook Ads.
  • Be able to manage client relationships and be capable of preparing client presentations.
  • Be Google Ads certified / Facebook Ads certified (either).
  • Have good campaign planning capabilities i.e., budgeting and forecasting.
  • Be willing to contributes to Paid Media Audits & new business proposals.
