Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Service Manager to join their team on a permanent basis to develop a fantastic team and take them to next level of success.

The Service Manager will proactively work to create and develop a high performing team, working to robust processes to provide a high level of service.

Within this role you will be responsible for the daily management for the UK workshop and their amazing Field Service Engineers, ensuring service is priority. You will be part of a supportive, forward thinking Operational Management Team ensuring transparency within the service division and motivation of the team. Assist in tracking targets and hitting targets. Management and organisation of the service workshop to ensure customer deadlines and expectations are met. Drive productivity and growth whilst working closely with the Product Support Manager After Sales and Service Team. Reporting of all in field service issues and communicating with the engineering team to ensure continuous improvement.

To be considered for this excellent role, you must have a driven personality who loves working with deadlines and customer expectations, have service experience and worked closely with all aspects of a service department. You must have great initiative, enjoy problem solving and analysing and developing a customer journey.
