A great opportunity available for a Service Support Advisor working for a fantastic manufacturer within the hospitality and retail industry, based in Milton Keynes!
Working in a small team, reporting to a Team Leader you will liaise with internal Account Coordinators, field-based technicians.
This role would suit someone who likes delivering excellent customer service and is maybe looking for their first office-based role.
Your day will look like this:
- Responding to customer calls & emails in a timely manner
- Log calls and update customers
- Communicate with customers about their repairs calls, advising on any delays or the status
- Supporting with customer complaints
- Responding to emails
- Maintain up to date customer information on SAP
Person Specification:
- Want to deliver an excellent customer service
- Able to manage own workload and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of SAP is beneficial
- Catering industry knowledge

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5pm, This is an office based role whilst in probation (6 months) then will move to a hybrid model.
