Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the anaerobic digestion facility, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a collaborative and safety-first culture within the organisation.
  • Optimisation: Implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and performance of anaerobic digestion processes, maximising energy production and waste utilisation.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, permits, and industry standards, maintaining the highest level of environmental and safety compliance.
  • Budget Management: Take charge of budgetary responsibilities, monitoring costs, and identifying areas for improvement to drive operational excellence.


What experience do you need?

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the Anaerobic Digestion industry.
  • Strong understanding of anaerobic digestion processes and technology.
  • Demonstrated success in project management and team leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
