As Operations Manager, you'll work alongside the UK Site & Operations Lead to run manufacturing operations, leading Production and Support teams, and shaping the future direction of the site.
It's a senior role with real scope - not just about maintaining performance, but about building something stronger, leaner and ready for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead site manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, flexibility and best-cost delivery
- Apply Lean/Six Sigma principles to embed a continuous improvement culture
- Align capacity and resources with business and customer demand, forecasting and flexing as required
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that tie into wider business objectives
- Manage and inspire teams, ensuring performance and engagement align to business goals
- Own budgets and cost performance, identifying and delivering improvements
Skills & Experience Required:
- 5+ years in senior operations leadership within manufacturing
- Lean / Six Sigma certification and practical application experience
- Strong project management skills
- Hands-on problem solver, pragmatic and proactive
- Skilled leader with experience in people and change management
