The One Group are delighted to be working with a sustainability giant, who's products are a cutting-edge solution for the most polluting materials. Their product offering brings to the market sustainable, next-generation materials that are plant-based, strong and fully biodegradable.

Owing to growth, they are looking to bring in an experience Social Media Manager in what is a brand-new position for the company.

Alongside a passion for social media and the latest trends, they are looking for a strong personality who can develop solid relationships with internal leaders and scientist, in order to create the most compelling campaigns.

Other responsibilities include;

  • Responsibility for the company's social media channels including: building and executing social media strategies, generating and publishing content, community management and moderation.
  • Extending consumer reach by identifying and launching appropriate consumer social channels.
  • Responsible for working with the company and their customers to find stories of interest.
  • Devise social media campaigns based on customer, prospect and consumer insights.
  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns ensuring relevant ROI and KPIs are met.


The company are seeking candidates with;

  • In depth experience working with all social media channels with deep understanding of how to optimise content for maximum engagement.
  • Demonstrable experience on digital brand reputation management.
  • Extensive experience using customer insights and analytical tools to drive engaging social media campaigns.
  • Exceptional writing skills and a strong eye for detail.
  • Outstanding communication and networking skills with a strong sense of teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of working with CRM systems, ideally have used Pipedrive previously.
  • Experience of working with design packages such as Canva/Adobe Rush or similar to design graphics or edit videos for social media use.
