The One Group are pleased to be working with a global automotive consultancy business who specialise in the powertrain market across prototype engines, battery management systems and motors are seeking a Test Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis.

You will have the opportunity to join a leading engineering company who specialise in the design, development and integration of electrified powertrain systems and advanced internal combustion engines, with this in mind you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting projects across ICE's and battery technologies.

As a Test Engineer within the company your role will be varied just like the projects you are working on, it could be anything from internal combustion engines to battery management systems or motors. You will specify test equipment and design rigs for subsystems i.e. engines, batteries or motors. Being hands on still you commission installations onto test rigs and dynos and set up data acquisition systems, if you have worked with Puma, CP Cadet or Horiba Stars then this could be the role for you.

My client is looking for skilled Test Engineers with experience in engine dyno or propulsion system testing facility with ideally 5 years' worth of powertrain experience across engines, batteries, or motors with the ability to influence customers, management and team members.
