Every job I have enjoyed and found fulfilment in has been in social service to others. Initially, as a high ropes instructor by helping people conquer their fear of heights and finding enjoyment in climbing - to now, as a recruitment consultant, where I help businesses find the best people to grow and help candidates find fulfilment in their next career steps.
I began my recruitment career in 2021 with a small recruitment consultancy in Bedfordshire. This experience has proven invaluable with their exclusive, retained offering which gave me a great foundation to supporting clients and candidates alike. I was later drawn to the Cambridgeshire area and set about identifying the best agencies in the area - immediately drawn to The ONE Group’s approach and I didn’t look back!
As of 2023, I am now part of The ONE Group team, hiring IT professionals for businesses across Cambridgeshire. Whether that be permanent, contract, or temporary placements.
In my spare time, I have recently bought my first motorbike, so I enjoy pushing that to its absolute limits (roughly 50mph, look out) and I also find enjoyment investing into my fitness and own self-improvement with aims to see more of the world over the next few years.
