I started my career in recruitment 22 years ago as an Account Manager recruiting for a large corporate Peterborough based company. After 2 years in this role I had the opportunity to work for the same company in London, where I recruited for various investment banks.
After a year in London I was involved in a recruitment project for a company where I worked as an onsite consultant recruiting for the UK and Ireland. Upon returning from London, I worked as a temporaries consultant for a local agency and then joined The ONE Group in 2009.
I predominately look after temporary roles but I am also an Account Manager for various large corporate companies in the area looking after temporary and permanent opportunities. I was promoted to a Senior Consultant in December 2016 and since then have become a Principal Consultant.
Family holidays are very important to me and we try to go abroad at least once a year. Nowadays anywhere with a water park is a winner with having an 11 year-old! The last couple of years we have travelled to Spain, Turkey, Mexico and the Balearics and are hoping to go to Australia in the next couple of years to stay with friends. Hawaii is also on my bucket list!
