At The ONE Group, we have the benefit of our ‘in-house expert’; in the form of Melanie Bell, who has over 25 years of recruitment experience, a Degree in Applied Biology & Pharmacology and a genuine passion for Life Sciences. She enjoyed her third-year placement with the Alzheimers Research Trust at Addenbrookes Hospital, studying 'trisomic 21' neural cells.
We also have Jen Richardson, who has over four years of experience working with a world-leading genomics research institute, responsible for supporting laboratories with stock and supplies. During her twelve years working in Scientific and Engineering recruitment, Jen has worked with many Life Sciences and BioTech companies, supporting them not only with senior hires but also with Lab Tech and support vacancies and everything in between.
Sam Payne is our interface between our Software Engineering, High-Tech, and Scientific divisions with the versatility to cover a plethora of roles that often sit across them all. His experience is invaluable, when it comes to recruiting the ever-increasing need for Bioinformaticians and Data Scientists.

These include; Point-of-Care Molecular Diagnostics, Cell & Gene Therapies, BioPharma Equipment Manufacturing, Drug Discovery, Antibody Therapies, Lab-on-a-Chip plus companies using AI platforms, where we also benefit from our specialist consultants in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Business Analytics to support!
