We have teamed up with Mills & Reeve to host a discussion about the opportunities and challenges of hybrid working and what the future holds.
We are pleased to have two speakers join us on this session, Will Sambrook and Liese Lord, who will cover the following topics:
• The impact hybrid working has had on organisational performance
• Individual and team productivity and wellbeing
• Potential employment and legal repercussions
Meet the speakers:
Will Sambrook | Chief Executive Officer at Akenham | 8:30am
Will Sambrook is an organisational behaviour specialist and CEO of Akenham, a multi-disciplinary People Management practice that works with clients including the NHS, Sainsburys, The FA, MCS, ISG and IPCSA.
Will is able to bring some useful insights in to the impact that Hybrid and Agile working have, and are likely to have, on individual and organisational performance and on employee experience and wellbeing.
Liese Lord | Deputy Group HR Director and Organisational Lead at Uniserve | 9:00am
Liese Lord is a recognised practitioner and expert in the flexible, agile and hybrid world of work with a unique background of blending HR, coaching and cultural change experience with work environments to create enhanced, productive and fluid ways of working. Her mission is to “change the way of work for the better, for all”.
She has been working flexibly for almost 20 years personally and been enabling more fluid ways of working within organisations for over 12 years, both within her corporate HR career and her own business, The Lightbulb Tree, which she founded in 2016. She provides trusted advisor and consultancy support and coaches leaders and influencers within organisations – currently to take the best of pandemic working and evolve it to meet the future needs of the people and business, helping both thrive today. Her work is underpinned by key principles of wellbeing, inclusion and flexibility helping open talent pools and enhance the experience, development and retention of existing talent.
Liese has a portfolio career and is also Deputy Group HR Director for the Uniserve Group, where she heads up people, cultural and organisational development (including ways of working).
There will also be an interactive session at the end to answer any questions you may have regarding your own organisation.
