About the speaker
With a recruitment career spanning over 20 years, Lewis has experienced both sides of the fence with 9 years agency-side and since 2007 as an Internal Recruitment Manager, supporting many leading businesses including PA Consulting, Aveillant and the TIM Group. Prior to entering the world of recruitment, Lewis began his career as a “techie” working for the likes of Marconi Instruments, Cambridge Computer Graphics and MDSI (UK) within Systems Engineering. In 2014, after establishing himself as a successful recruiter and with his robust technical grounding, he was selected into the LinkedIn Top 100 'Talent Managers' Global Hall of Fame. Today he is regarded amongst the recruiter community as one of the best in his field.
