Your Role:

  • Deliver top-notch 2nd Line IT Support for our internal users
  • Conduct daily infrastructure checks to ensure optimal operations
  • Master Office 365 Administration to streamline our workflow
  • Dive into hands-on IT Support and become the go-to expert
  • Participate in the exciting world of desktop/laptop builds
  • Get acquainted with basic networking for an all-encompassing IT experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a 2nd line IT support role
  • Proficiency in Active Directory and Office 365 administration
  • Proven experience in providing support for Windows 7-10
  • Exposure to Exchange and/or Windows Server environments
  • A commitment to being present in the office five days a week
  • Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK

This role is not for the faint-hearted; it's for those who are ready to dive deep into an office-based position within a small, tight-knit IT team. You'll be responsible for resolving tickets promptly and engaging in exciting project work, including overhauling our physical infrastructure and diving into cutting-edge virtual server-based projects.
