A very good client of mine are looking for a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join their growing team! Having had four people join recently, and two more joining in June; this is the perfect time to join them.

Working closely with colleagues and other teams, you will support the business and its infrastructure systems. You will also get involved with exciting project work using a variety of different technologies.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Support and consult on IaaS, SaaS and on-premises estate
• Regularly back up and restore systems, and ensure that procedures are being adhered to across the business
• Support the development team through desktop and server environments
• Participate in ad hoc project work
• Keep security in the forefront on your practices
• Be a subject matter expert and support the wider business and its user base

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Experience using technologies such as O365, AD, Veeam and Sophos
• Ideally some exposure to cloud technologies - Azure or AWS
• Ideally have used SQL Server, Hyper-V, and Exchange
