We're looking for an experienced Account Director to lead key client relationships and drive growth across a dynamic portfolio.
As a senior member of the Client Services team, you will be the go-to strategic partner for our clients - understanding their world, identifying opportunities, and delivering real value. You'll thrive under pressure, excel at solving complex challenges, and inspire your team to exceed expectations.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading and growing key client relationships through proactive communication and strategic thinking
Managing a small, high-performing client services team (Senior Account Managers, and Account Managers)
Overseeing financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability tracking
Collaborating with creative leads to deliver standout campaigns and large-scale projects
Developing Key Account Plans to drive account growth and uncover new opportunities
Ensuring exceptional service delivery across every touchpoint
Interpreting client briefs and translating them into effective internal project briefs
Leading pitches, creative presentations and project reviews with confidence
Proactively addressing challenges and identifying ways to improve processes
Mentoring and developing junior team members to help them thrive and grow
What We're Looking For
Significant experience as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director within a marketing agency, or similar environment
Proven track record of managing multiple client relationships and complex projects
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
A commercial mindset with a natural flair for spotting growth opportunities
Detail-oriented, with strong visual and written communication abilities
Experience in retail, shopper marketing, or customer service is a plus
Confident with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
A team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude and leadership qualities
