I’m Keri, a Senior Recruitment Consultant within the MarketingDivision here at The ONE Group.
I specialise in placing Marketing, Digital and eCommerce Professionals across Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire markets.
Drawn to The ONE Group’s reputation in the market, I joined the team in March 2020 to help grow their Marketing Division… Little did I know I’d be moving jobs at the beginning of a global pandemic!
It’s been a roller coaster and the last year has presented huge challenges that we’ve overcome as a company - and helped our clients use our learnings and experience to help fill temporary and permanent vacancies and grow teams. We’ve hosted virtual consultations to track the changes in teams and identify how they can replace lost talent and webinars to keep our clients ahead of changes from furlough to managing remotely.
We know the impact uncertainty can have on staff turnover and the stress caused by leaving vacancies vacant for too long, so we invested in tools that have helped us to help you. From attracting top talent, to saving you time in sifting through CVs - and preventing rejected offers in an uncertain time and competitive market.
From virtual interviews to onboarding, I’ve personally helped companies successfully navigate hiring in lockdown. The last year has shown a demand in particular for eCommerce and Digital Marketing roles and I’ve helped hire entire Digital Marketing teams, including roles in PPC, SEO, Affiliate, Social Media (Paid and Organic), Lead Generation, Graphic Design, Content Creation, CRM, Email Marketing, UI/UX Design, eCommerce and Analytics to name a few. These skillsets have been - and will continue to be - in demand, but I can also help find a unique set of skills to match the demands of your business.
