Your role will be split into two parts and below I have outlined the focuses of both sides.

Your Role: Lead Generation Specialist 🚀 Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a splash with high volume outgoing calls to uncover new opportunities for the stellar sales team.
  • Crush those KPIs and targets to keep the energy levels high and the results soaring.
  • Dive into research using tools like Lusha, online platforms, and industry exhibits to identify potential leads.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria, ensuring accurate data entry into our CRM system.
  • Nurture leads until they're ready to make a move, delivering valuable content and maintaining regular communication.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to craft effective lead-generation strategies.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

Your Role: Junior Account Executive 🚀 Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding customer requirements, and creating new and repeat business.
  • Achieve KPIs and sales targets to keep the success train rolling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication.
  • Conduct awesome product/service presentations and address client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with senior account managers to strategise and meet sales targets.
  • Provide regular updates on your fantastic sales activities.
