You are probably working within an organisation where you deal with a variety of individuals daily basis. Do you enjoying the buzz of upselling, gaining new contacts, and developing long term working relationships?
This newly created account manager position will be joining an established and super ambitious team who support service professionals across Cambridge and further afield.
You will be reporting to the head of Sales where your time will be spent Building Relationships with the existing clients, Providing Solutions to their problems, and Upselling when appropriate.
On a weekly basis you'll focus on:
- Expanding the current pipeline and sales opportunities via new business development and account management.
- Maintain a high level of understanding of the company's services, industry, and customer needs
- Manage the renewals process
- Business Development
