What kind of Account Manager are you? Are you a Farmer or a Hunter? Don't call me greedy but I am looking for a mixture of both. This role is an excellent opportunity to earn some serious money and walk into a warm desk of clients to support but as always new business is part of the position so a hunter attitude is a must. However that said I need you to manage your clients to take them through the process and maintain a strong working relationship with them for hopefully years to come!
The bonus is £15,000 and this is very achievable and unlikely you will not reach this target, there is also a potential to earn more, but I believe in giving you a realistic figure not a number plucked out of the sky! You will also be working for a market leader, decide which clients you want to work with after a spot of investigation into their business and have the opportunity to progress and develop with a major player based in Peterborough.
With regards to the person, I am looking for an experienced Account Manager who will be able to handle the workload, building strong relationships, adapt your approach this is not a one size fits all role and enjoy working as part of a team. They are a financial organisation, but we can be open with regards to your industry experience, but I do need you to have a proven experience as an Account Manager role supporting new and existing business. You will also have a strong commercial focus with the desire to succeed and deliver outstanding service to your clients. A strategic approach is always the best way to go with this employer and your hard work and success will be rewarded and recognised. Therefore, a motivated individual who is detail orientated and enjoys a fast-paced environment will fit into this team well.
