Our client is an established business with offices in St Ives and they are looking to recruit someone to join their small but incredibly friendly finance team.

Reporting in to the Finance Director your role will be varied and duties will include

Posting purchase invoices and checking suppliers statements
Posting sales invoices and allocating cash
Processing bank payments
Credit card reconciliations
Assisting with processing and payment of subcontractor payments
Processing expenses
VAT returns
Calculating hours for payroll submission

In an ideal world, the right candidate will have proven experience of accounts and will have worked in an SME environment. However, candidates who have perhaps studied AAT but not managed to secure a role to reflect this theoretical experience will also be considered.
