The One Group are recruiting for a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well respected business in Oundle. This is initially a 3-6 month temporary contract with potential for a permanent position.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business where you will have the potential to climb the ladder. You responsibilities will include:
- Process invoices using Dynamics 365
- Distribute invoices and answering payee queries
- Matching & checking Purchase orders
- Resolving vendors queries
- Post financial data to appropriate accounts
- Support in the preparation of weekly and monthly BACS run payments
- Reconciliation of company accounts including credit cards and expenses
It is essential you are immediately available as well as having experience in accounts payable already.
This role will be worked from the office in Oundle 5 days per week, so it is essential you are within a commutable distance.
In return for the above experience, you will be paid between £24,000-£26,000 per annum.
