You might already have experience in an Administrative position, or you might just be looking to kick-start your career in an office - we are looking for someone who is willing to learn and be moulded into the perfect Administrator, to possibly go on to help manage the entire office!
We are looking for a motivated and determined Administrator to join this family run business based near Ely, Cambridgeshire on a temporary-permanent basis.
This role will be looking to pay between £18,000-£22,000 dependent on experience and will be office based in their open-plan COVID secure office space - they would ideally be looking for an individual to start ASAP however candidates with a short notice period will also be considered.
You will have a dedicated and experienced mentor who is prepared to spend time training you to ensure you can carry out the job to the best of your ability - an aspect of starting a new role that can be very difficult to find!
Duties in this role may include:
- Welcoming guests
- Answering inbound calls from customers
- Filling and dealing with post
- Quotations - training would be provided
- Helping renew the company policies
- Ordering materials
- Helping maintain internal records (e.g. training records)
- Updating internal CRM records
This role may also include an element of Finance including invoicing, statements, basic credit control and posting - updating Xero.
