I am looking for an Administrator to join a local Construction company to start as soon as possible, paying up to £21k based in the City Centre. Great opportunity to develop into a Project Coordinator and boost your earnings, start a career and work with a great bunch of people who have created a fun and inclusive work environment.
Daily duties will include:
- Placing orders
- Chasing deliveries
- Informing sites of delivery and stock schedules
- Record all orders on the internal system
- Handle client enquires via phone, email and website comments
- Ensure all paperwork is in place for each site
- Legal and compliant
- Helping to source bespoke products
- Updating the system with customer details, orders and expected delivery dates
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Administration skills
- Very organised
- Work well under pressure
- Outgoing and confident
- Good with clients
- Have a logical approach to work and question actions
- Desire to expand your knowledge and develop your career
If you have worked in the construction industry this would give you an advantage but not essential.
