Office Administrator, Melbourne, circa £28k

Working part-time as an administrator within a talented, tight knit team who are passionate about widening access to key tools to reduce the burden of infectious disease, you'll be based in their custom designed, specialist facilities with access to great onsite amenities and an excellent benefits package including free lunches, discounted memberships to local sports facilities and half price theatre tickets!

The great thing about this part-time position is that it can work around you! Joining on a part time basis our client is open to 4 days, 5 days, perhaps one day working from home and the hours aren't currently set - they are looking for the right person, not the person to fit the pre-set hours. So, this is ideal for someone who wants to work a position around the school run, work fewer hours to have a day for themselves in the week or, for someone who would like to fit this around another project.

A few key areas of responsibility will be:

  • Diary and travel management
  • Co-ordination between various teams
  • Onboarding of new team members
  • Collaboration with the Purchasing team

You won't be on your own in this role, partnering closely with the SLT, the Purchasing administrator and other departments such as HR you'll always have colleagues on hand.
