The One Group are currently seeking an Agricultural Service Engineer/Plant Engineer to join a company who manufacture turfcare and grounds maintenance equipment in Nurney, Southern Ireland. Joining a close-knit team offering excellent service to their customers you will have the opportunity to work both on site and travelling to customers sites to service and repair customers machinery whether it be mechanically, electrically or hydraulically focusing on a first time fix.
The day-to-day duties of the Agricultural Service Engineer/Plant Engineer include:
- Carry out service and repairs on Toro and other manufacturers equipment
- Diagnose and repair fault whether it be mechanically, electrically or hydraulically
- Take ownership of customer problems and be pro-active when dealing with customer issues
- Ensure safe working practices are maintained within the workshop and when working at customers sites
The role would suit Technicians who are experienced in the service and repair of agricultural machinery or heavy plant equipment who can fault find using different equipment and repair mechanically, electrically, and hydraulically.
This vacancy will be working a 40-hour week Monday to Friday predominantly working on site in Nurney however travelling to customers sites to carry out repairs may be required and are looking to pay up 45,000 euros for the right candidate.
