We're currently working with an international business based to the north of Cambridge as they look for an Analyst in this newly created role.

Although based outside the 'traditional' finance structure this role will act as a business partner for the sales division. You'll be in regular communication with the sales representatives globally, understanding their revenue pipeline allowing you to produce reports, analysis as well as budgets and forecasts for senior management to make business decisions; this will draw on previous years data giving you a clear opportunity to comment on trends and highlight particular areas of interest from a financial/ data perspective.
Due to the growth on offer there will be additional tasks from helping implement a robust CRM system to developing annual presentations on strategy with a specific focus on sales in mind.

You'll need clear communication skills, the ability to manipulate and interrogate large data into presentable reports all the while drawing on you finance heritage to improve their current processes alongside the finance division.

The ideal candidate will come from an accounting background- preferably in a business facing role who wants to continue the interaction with colleagues, add value to a global business while stepping away from month end procedures.

Salary £45,000- £50,000
