Applications and ERP Specialist - Dynamics AX, D 365

Top opportunity for an Applications and ERP specialist to join a household name brand as they continue an exciting period of change and migration.
You will drive functional improvement of the ERP systems, improve business processes and act as the SME for Microsoft Dynamics in a large-scale Manufacturing/E Commerce environment.

Responsibilities
Provide advanced user support and problem resolution for application issues.
Work with business to update processes, ensuring alignment between business processes and supporting systems and document workflow
Work with PMO to manage, lead and participate in new software implementations and projects as necessary.
Provide input into solution design including user, functional and technical requirement gathering, gap analysis and documentation.
Work with 3rd party service providers, articulating functional designs, co-ordinating testing, and implementation to live.
Requirements
Experience and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and/or D365
Good understanding of businesses processes and ERP / supporting systems
Ability to translate business needs and priorities into processes and systems requirements.
IT Service experience (ideally ITIL exposure)
SOX exposure or experience
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Excellent organizational skills, proactive, self-motivated and customer service skills
Analytical skills
Project management exposure.
