Applications Lead Engineer

We're working with a leading Software house in Cambridge who are looking for a Business Applications Lead to join & lead a small team of Engineers. The team are responsible for the design & development of the e-commerce systems within the company. Your time will be split between being hands-on & line management; the line management responsibilities include mentoring & managing the team's work & working with important key stakeholders across the business.
Based in the City Centre, the company take a remote working approach where you are expected to work in the office once a week - this will continue beyond the pandemic. Preferably, you will have experience of leading a team, but experienced Developers looking to take the step up will be considered.
What are they looking for?
- Demonstrable experience with Python & Salesforce (other programming languages will be considered)
- Strong Development background
- Cloud Technology experience
- Ability to contribute across the entire development lifecycle.
