Full-Time | Multiple UK Regions

A market-leading European manufacturer of sustainable building products is growing its UK sales team. With a long history of innovation and eco-conscious manufacturing, this company specialises in water-saving, hygienic solutions for public and commercial environments such as hospitals, schools, airports, offices, and sports venues.

Due to continued growth in the UK, we are now hiring Area Sales Managers across the following regions:

  1. South Central: DT, SP, BH, SO, PO, GU, RH, BN

  2. Home Counties: CV, NN, MK, SG, OX, HP, LU, AL, SN

  3. South East: RM, SE, CR, BR, DA, ME, DT, TN

  4. West London: RG, SL, UB, TW, KT, W, SW, SM

  5. West Midlands: ST, TF, WV, WS, DY, B, WR, LD, HR, GL


Role Overview

As an Area Sales Manager, you will:

  • Work with decision-makers including building owners, architects, M&E engineers, contractors, and distributors

  • Promote products for use in public and commercial buildings, especially in healthcare and high-footfall environments

  • Manage projects from early specification to handover

  • Build strong relationships with clients and grow your network of distributors

  • Provide product training and technical support to clients and specifiers

  • Plan your own schedule and territory activity

  • Drive sales growth across your region

Your Profile

  • Confident and self-driven with a hands-on, proactive approach

  • Interest in technical or construction-related products

  • Previous experience in field sales, ideally in specification or distributor-led environments

  • Ambitious and capable of managing a territory independently

  • Strong communication skills and able to build long-term customer relationships
