Remote and Office based

Property is never a market to go out of fashion and the rental markets within commercial and residential properties are always moving. I am working to support one of my clients who have a busy Peterborough office and looking for a new Assistant to join the team. You will be working from home with two days a week in the office.

The long term goal is to train you within the role to become a Property Account Manager and run your own clients and support with individual houses to large scale estates. After which you can look to join the Senior management team and even develop further after that, it is safe to say that if you are looking for a career within an office environment this is a great opportunity and top-performing client who have a plan for your career in place for you already!

Your role will involve:

Handling calls from tenants and landlords

Being the first point of contact for your Accounts

Preparing letters and correspondence

Working with contractors to develop long term relationships

Organising contractors to perform maintenance and planned requests

Ensuring maintenance is completed to a high standard

Answering emails

Confirming details of properties, applicants and references

Managing diary appointments

Update paperwork

Ensuring all paperwork is completed for each client and property

Administration tasks
