The One Group are delighted to be partnering with a unique and ever changing organisation, who are well known for their positive and high spirited culture. Reporting into the Head of Finance, they are looking to appoint an Assistant Accountant to join their Peterborough office on a 9 month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities:
- Taking full responsibility of the calculation of commissions monthly, for both external trainers and internal staff
- Taking full responsibility of the compilation of profit and loss statements for joint venture partners with supporting documents
- Assistance with financial reporting in the team, including implementing agreed improvements
- Enabling and identifying areas for continuous improvement in systems
Requirements
- Analytical finance experience
- Immediate or short notice period
- Strong Excel skills
- Proactive, communicative and assertive mindset
This position will see you working from the office 5 days a week, 9am-5.30pm within an inclusive team. The client is also offering a generous salary between £28,000-£30,000 (depending on experience).
