Working within a large organisation, assisting the HRBP's within their HR matters advisory and Coaching team.
Employee Relations: Manage up to 30 ER cases at any one time, sickness, performance, and time management from the hearing/appeal to dismissal (with the relevant line manager whilst assisting the HBRP).
HR Advisory Services: To support the HR Advisors as they act as 1st line support verbally and responding to enquiries via the service helpline and manage the advisory email inbox.
HR Policies, Organisation Development & Training: Support the continuous development of the HR service through policy development. Drive performance management and assist in delivering training.
Occupational Health: Advise managers on the most appropriate referral route and liaise with the in-house Physician.
Recruitment: Work closely with the Resourcing Lead, deliver solutions for the managers and services in respect of recruitment and hard to fill roles.
Projects: Support projects such as cultural change, organisation design, employee journey, well-being, performance & talent and diversity & inclusion.
