We have recently partnered with a consultancy company, which specialises in software development within insurance industry. They are looking for a Business Analyst to join their talented team and stay commercially focused, while improving processes, systems and procedures within organisation.
In this role you will:
- Assist improving Company Policies and Procedures
- Be responsible for Requirement Gathering/defining business goals
- Document requirements/business processes
- Mentor/Supervise teams
- Be responsible for meetings/workshops
What will you need?
- Business Analysis skills
- Commercial experience
- Strong understanding of Policy Administration and Claims Management Systems
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Experience with team management
- Experience within Agile project delivery
