We have recently partnered with a consultancy company, which specialises in software development within insurance industry. They are looking for a Business Analyst to join their talented team and stay commercially focused, while improving processes, systems and procedures within organisation.

In this role you will:

  • Assist improving Company Policies and Procedures
  • Be responsible for Requirement Gathering/defining business goals
  • Document requirements/business processes
  • Mentor/Supervise teams
  • Be responsible for meetings/workshops

What will you need?

  • Business Analysis skills
  • Commercial experience
  • Strong understanding of Policy Administration and Claims Management Systems
  • Experience with stakeholder management
  • Experience with team management
  • Experience within Agile project delivery
