I have an exciting and brand-new field based Business Development opportunity, covering Cambridgeshire, with a company specialising in bringing workplace design to the Life Science sector.

They are specialists in bringing a unique approach, combining laboratory specialists, design, technology, furniture and delivery to deliver inspiring workplaces.

My client is looking for an experienced field-based Account Manager/Business Development Executive with experience selling lab equipment into the Biotech/Life Science sectors. A self-stater, with the gravitas and experience to grow and build long term relationships with Lab Managers/Lab Facilities Managers within Cambridgeshire.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generation of new leads and opportunities - supporting the growth of the Life Science business.
  • Engage with scientists/end users and able to interpret requirements and develop proposals.
  • Strong communication skills - confident presenter with the ability to lead/join client meetings/pitch presentations.
