We have an exciting opportunity for a Full time Business Support Administrator to join this small & collaborative team in Cambridge.

This role offers a predominantly remote working arrangement with monthly in-person meetings, ensuring a perfect balance of flexibility and collaboration.

It is worth noting that you will be need to be in the Central Cambridge offices several days a week in late July and for the month of August. There is some flexibility surrounding this.

This role will suit someone from an Education background looking to further their career or someone who is looking to get into the Education industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admissions Oversight: Manage and oversee all admission inquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for prospective students and their families.
  • Logistics Coordination: Prepare logistics for summer programs, ensuring a seamless execution of educational initiatives during the warmer months.
  • Project Assistance: Contribute to various projects, providing administrative support to the management team as they drive forward educational initiatives.
  • HR Compliance: Take charge of checking DBS certification and other HR requirements, maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Your background:

  • Administrative Expertise: Possess a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, ideally in the hospitality, tourism, or education sector.
  • IT Proficiency: Demonstrate strong IT skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications, ensuring efficiency in daily tasks and project management.
  • Sector Familiarity: Knowledge of the higher education sector would be a significant advantage, enhancing your ability to contribute effectively to the team.
