Business Systems Analyst - Change and Innovation

As a Business Systems Analyst you will support the use and development of business systems adding your expertise on Change and Innovation projects whilst ensuring documentation and related support materials are accurately produced.

To support the use and development of Business Systems, in line with business strategy aligned to standards and policies.
Support key stakeholders to ensure that business requirements, systems changes supporting business processes, are translated into the required changes to the core business systems to meet these.
To take IS&T responsibility for Business Systems Support required of internal and external suppliers.
Ensure that documentation and related support materials are produced and maintained
Support the strategic roadmap for business systems, including Saleforce , Navision and related systems.
Implement, or manage 3rd party changes and enhancements to business systems.
Work with support and business teams to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data within our support systems
Work with both internal and external resources to ensure buy in to requirements, schedules and priorities.
Ensure dashboards and KPI's are defined and monitored sufficiently to drive business value for systems
Experience of supporting enterprise business systems, including Salesforce and driving user adoption.
Experience of supporting and managing tasks within large scale projects and engaging with key stakeholders
Good technical knowledge of Salesforce, MS Dynamics - Navision\Business Central, Freshworks suite
Strong Project & Change Management experience, planning , execution and delivery.
