In a small, peaceful village just outside Cambridge, a huge transition is taking place…

An already enormous manufacturing group are being taken over, by an even larger manufacturing group.

This takeover is causing production to ramp up, and new roles are being created across the board.

How would you like to take up a role in a business that is truly booming?

We are searching for a talented 3D CAD Designer to perform a variety of design/drafting activities group including preparing installation drawings for projects, preparing assembly/manufacturing drawing drawings and utilising and improving procedures.

What you will be doing:

• Produce P&IDs from customers specifications and engineers drawings
• Develop systems from specified components and P&ID
• Model individual components that are not readily available
• Revise and update existing drawings reflecting design changes

The client use Solidworks as a CAD package so are looking for candidates experienced in this software.
